Key responsibilities of the position

  • Quality assurance of online marketing materials for high profile clients

  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential to ensure quality and accuracy in a range of languages (no understanding of languages required)
  • Ensuring product names are correctly spelt at all times
  • Ensuring URLs are correct and being directed to the correct places
  • Reporting progress of project and hours completed on a weekly basis
  • Problem solving and assisting with solutions
  • Maintaining client and subsidiary client relationships
  • An investigative approach where an assumption is that the material is incorrect and you have to correct it
  • Proofreading and editing internal marketing materials to an extremely high standard
  • Link checking, consistency checking and proofreading marketing emails to an extremely high standard for globally recognised companies
  • Following tight processes and working to tight deadlines
  • There are three stages any mail is checked and at all times consistency, product name and links must be checked and be correct
