Sales Prospector

Established in 2000, ExtraMile Communications is a digital marketing agency that specialises in multilingual and single language bespoke website design and also offers email marketing, graphic design, branding and SEO. Our team of 19, mixes a broad range of ages.

Summary and key responsibilities of position:

  • Calling cold and warm leads to set appointments for the Field Sales Team
  • Building rapport with existing client base
  • Qualify all sales meetings
  • Database mining
  • Using company CRM system to track activity
  • Monitor and manage appointments
  • Liaise with Field Sales team with information about appointments

Qualifications & Training


  • 2 years telemarketing experience


  • Marketing qualification



  • Marketing qualification Desirable
  • Knowledge of working with a sales CRM
  • Previous experience in selling marketing

  • Strong telephone communication
  • Communicate easily and effectively with all levels of staff within organisations 
  • Achieve set KPI targets
