The opportunity just appeared - so many people in business know that they need to embrace email marketing, but they don't know how to address it. And what is more, many know that it's a cost effective way to build their business.

Once we realised that this was a) something we had been doing for years with a major client and b) that that experience was our USP, we set about productising what we did.
