What James Du Pavey needed

James Du Pavey Independent Estate Agents is a high profile, Staffordshire-based estate agent. James came to us looking for an updated website, that needed to fit in with his CRM and database system. It needed to be stylish and would have to integrate content from an external system and display it well.

What ExtraMile proposed

We created a storyboard for the website, outlining the end user interaction with the site. This allowed us to define a stronger navigation structure than their existing site featured. We proposed a Content Managed System (CMS) that would allow the James Du Pavey staff to update the website with new information and handy new guides on making the best of your sale. We liaised with their external supplier to make sure that our website would be able to bring in the external data from the CRM and database.

How ExtraMile implemented the solution

We created several design proposals to suit the brief. Once the client had picked a preferred design we built a draft website which allowed us to tweak all of the settings to the client's preference. Whilst this was ongoing, we worked with the client's CRM and database supplier to make any amendments that were required to allow that content to be imported. We created a custom search that drew data from the external supplier and displayed that data within the James Du Pavey website.

The effect on James Du Pavey's business

Once we had completed the work the client received many comments on the new design and James is delighted with our work. He felt his old site had been too basic and was amazed by the advanced abilities of the new site.
